Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Place your jewelry in its original branded box and secure it within a padded shipping mailer to ensure it remains protected during transit.

  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, affix it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection and Refund

  Once our artisans verify the condition of the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
